On October 25, 2008, I led an Outdoors Club hike in El Capitan Open Space Preserve. We didn't go all the way to El Capitan. That would have been too difficult for me and for other participants.
Examination of the plotted path shows that we went only about halfway to El Capital, which is shown on the topo as El Cajon Mountain.
